Talk/music – the radio station I will be looking at for talk/music is kiss. This radio station has limited talk but the things that are said is entertaining and informative. They also have a small range of music that is played. The music that is played will be old and modern but remastered version. It will be entertaining for the audiences that enjoy remastered old and modern type of music whilst they drive, work or even cooking. Talking less could be a good thing because if there’s a lot of talking the audience could possibly get bored.
Sport – BBC Sport 5 Live is a radio channel that has a commentary of sports. This radio station is targeted for the audiences who love sports because in this radio station they talk about the highlights of football and other type of sports. people who like sport can also get entertained by listening to the highlights if they missed a football match but want to know what happened in the game play.
Current events – for current events I have chosen the radio station sky news because it is a very popular and listened channel. This radio station gives awareness to the audiences and allows people to be updated to the latest news. Sky News is a unique programme that gives awareness around the country or outside country.
Lifestyle – for lifestyle I have chosen BBC Radio 2 because it has a wide range of lifestyles. For example, documents, podcasts and news. This station has a range of lifestyles for different people. Therefore, at different times there will be a different programme which will satisfy the audience and having a variety of programmes mean more topic and more audiences.
